
Workshop Fashion Dreaming x Maia Frid
FAD Connection, with the support of Study Store, presents “Fashion Dreaming,” a two-hour workshop led by Maia Frid. The workshop will address the climate crisis and the lack of collective imagination through a sensory and immersive approach. This workshop was first held at Copenhagen Fashion Week, led by professors from the Royal Danish Academy. It invites participants to explore new ways of creating and thinking about fashion, blending sustainability, innovation, and social awareness to envision fairer and more viable futures.

About Maia Frid
Maia Frid is a fashion designer, visual creator, and sustainable fashion producer based in Buenos Aires. With experience in New York, where she interned at Jonathan Cohen Studio and worked as a stylist’s assistant, her work challenges traditional structures, promoting narratives that connect fashion with environmental and social awareness. As a faculty member at Study Store, she trains new creatives in sustainable styling and circular design. She has collaborated on projects such as Planetary Dreaming and Fashion Dreaming, exploring the climate crisis through a sensory approach. Additionally, through her writings and poetry, she researches regeneration and the connection with nature.
